Research
A learning community is conditioned by research. We believe that academic research into church, mission and society needs to be informed by field expertise and be embedded in a worldwide community of learners. It needs to be relevant for church in society and for society in general. At the CTCW, we have chosen a theme-based approach to research under which we cluster a large number of projects. The three themes of our larger clusters are: Mission and Migration in Contemporary Europe, Science and Religion in Intercultural Fashion, and Pentecostal Theology Worldwide. A worldwide connectivity implies that we welcome proposals for research which has relevance for Christian witness in today's world.
